We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Chef de Partie to join us and play a key-part of the daytime Golf Clubhouse Kitchen team. The role will take shared responsibility of our Clubhouse kitchen, serving delicious food to our golf members and hotel guests.
This position is permanent, full-time and with daytime hours. Availability to work early mornings and weekends is essential.

PROVEN EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience of 3+ years at CDP level essential

• Shared responsibility for the running of the Clubhouse Kitchen, ensure the smooth operation of services provided at all times, creating an exceptional experience for our patrons and guests in line with our five-star standards.
• Ensure all areas and associated facilities are set-up and maintained to the highest standards at all times. Ensuring that a positive working relationship is maintained between the kitchen and the service team, to deliver a quality and smooth-running service to all guests.
• You will ensure that the kitchen consistently excel in the service and product that is delivered
• Ensure high standard of cleanliness and food safety & hygiene always maintained.
• Work as part of the kitchen team, communicating well with others to always ensure the smooth operation of services
• Have full awareness of all menu items for the Clubhouse Spike’s Bar
• Maintain a can-do and problem-solving attitude with a fantastic eye for detail and precision
