JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a talented and passionate chef to join our dynamic kitchen team, at the recently refurbed, Ramblers Rest within Harlestone Heath. As a Chef de Partie (CDP), you will play a key role in preparing high-quality dishes, ensuring the highest standards of food safety, and maintaining an organized and efficient kitchen environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience as a CDP or in a similar culinary role is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • A genuine passion for cooking and a desire to expand your culinary skills.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
