We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our kitchen team in our newly refurbished kitchen. We are open daytime only and are closed on Sunday. We use the finest produce from Scotland and Italy with careful and attentive cooking and respect for ingredients.
The position will involve assisting head chef during service, starter dish preparation and general kitchen duties. Our kitchen team is small with many opportunities to work in all kitchen areas. Previous kitchen experience essential, Italian food knowledge an advantage. Remuneration dependant on experience.
