CHEF DE PARTIE

Location: Dubai, UAE
Reports To: Head Chef and Sous Chef
Start Date: November 5–15, 2025
Salary: AED 7000 per month (housing and transpo included)
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Chef de Partie to join the team at a prestigious high-end Italian dining outlet in Dubai. You will be responsible for managing your section, guaranteeing exceptional quality, upholding strict hygiene standards, fostering team cohesion, and delivering an authentic Italian culinary experience.

Requirements

  • Mandatory: Currently residing in Dubai.
  • Mandatory: Proven experience in an Italian restaurant or Italian-inspired outlet.
  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a fine-dining or high-end restaurant.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards.
  • Passion for authentic Italian cuisine and commitment to kitchen hygiene
Responsibilities
  1. Lead and Manage Your Section
  • Oversee all preparation, cooking, and plating in your station, ensuring quality, quantity, and presentation meet the highest standards.
  • Maintain perfect knowledge of the products and recipes in your section, following recipe cards precisely.
  • Train and guide Demi Chefs and Commis Chefs, ensuring they are well onboarded, trained, and capable of executing recipes correctly.
  • Control pace and efficiency during service, ensuring fast preparation and plating with minimal errors or waste.
  • Monitor and control losses during preparation.
  1. Collaborate and Demonstrate Core Values
  • Show respect toward all team members—kitchen, front of house, and bar—as well as guests.
  • Put the collective before the individual, supporting colleagues in need during service and listening attentively to others.
  • Maintain an entrepreneurial, solution-focused mindset, addressing restaurant challenges proactively and taking initiative without waiting for instructions.
  1. Ensure Hygiene and Equipment Maintenance
  • Keep your station clean and organized before, during, and after service.
  • Ensure proper storage of all ingredients, with correct labeling and no expired products.
  • Perform regular temperature checks of refrigerators.
  • Maintain equipment in excellent condition, reporting maintenance or replacement needs promptly, and regularly clean fridges, machines, and tools.
  1. Deliver Authentic Italian Cuisine
  • Apply proven experience in Italian cuisine or Italian-inspired outlets to create dishes that are both authentic and of the highest quality.
  • Work collaboratively with the Head Chef, Sous Chef, and other sections to ensure smooth, coordinated service.
