THE PERSON

• You will have a keen interest in working with food, have experience working within a kitchen and working towards or completed a catering/culinary qualification.
• Keen to learn.
• Comfortable working in a busy environment and have the ability to juggle priorities.
• Flexible approach to work, with a willingness to work and support other teams/functions.
• Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work with a diverse team. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about the finest fresh food with a keen eye for detail and a desire to perform to the highest level.
  This role involves weekend work on a rosta basic.

As part of our team at DeLuxe your role will involve working with the team to help create fantastic food using quality fresh ingredients. You will assist Chef de Partie team and play a key part in the team.
The kitchen facility engenders a fast paced, high volume food environment whilst maintaining a particular eye for detail.
Being a valued part of the team enables DeLuxe to ensure that we continue to offer food of the highest quality to our extremely prestigious customer base, which includes Heads of State, Royalty and the World’s top companies and personalities of sports and show business.
