We are a family-run restaurant built on family values, and we are looking for a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. This role is perfect for a chef who is excited by Asian cuisine, particularly Vietnamese food, and who has a strong foundation in classical cooking techniques.
About the Role:
As Chef de Partie, you will play an essential role in delivering high-quality dishes while working closely with senior chefs and management. You’ll bring creativity and passion for Asian flavours, paired with precision and discipline in the kitchen. You’ll need to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment, maintain the highest standards, and work effectively as part of a supportive, close-knit team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook dishes to a consistently high standard, with a focus on Asian and Vietnamese cuisine
  • Apply classical culinary techniques to bring out the best in fresh ingredients
  • Follow direction from senior chefs and management while contributing your own passion and ideas
  • Ensure your section is well-organised, clean, and running smoothly during service
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Support the team in maintaining food safety, hygiene, and kitchen standards
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative kitchen culture built on respect and teamwork

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen role
  • Genuine passion for Asian and Vietnamese cuisine
  • Strong knowledge of classical cooking methods and preparation techniques
  • Ability to take direction and work collaboratively with senior chefs
  • Calm, efficient, and focused under pressure
  • A strong work ethic and commitment to maintaining high standards
