Work at one of Western Sydney’s most historic landmarks which has recently undergone a spectacular makeover. Be dazzled by Emu Hall’s new transformation with a café, adjoining restaurant, bar and beer garden.
The refurbishment has rejuvenated this historic homestead into a modern 21st century setting while maintaining its remarkable features including its large windows and French doors that open onto a beautiful garden backdrop.
Emu Hall is looking for a experienced chef with preferably high volume breakfast operation would be advantageous.

The successful candidate will understand the need for;

  • Quality control, consistency and 100% customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining strong relationships and communication with kitchen team, front of house staff and management team
  • Punctuality and reliability
  • Food Safety
  • Arriving to shifts on time
  • Great attitude

Proven experience as a chef in a similar role for a minimum 2 years in a reputable kitchen is desirable.
A culinary Diploma or equivalent qualification is a plus.
Must be able to handle high volumes and pressure, have a even temperament and learn to work well in a team. Must also maintain a passion and pride in sending out amazing product.
Fantastic conditions with no split shifts. Immediate start, Must be available 7 days for rotating roster.
