Introduction

We are looking for a Kitchen Team Leader (m/f/d) to join our dedicated team starting in January 2027. This is a full-time position . With your passion for gastronomy and your excellent organizational skills, you will ensure that our culinary offerings remain at the highest level and lead our team to shared success.

Your tasks at a glance

You lead and motivate the kitchen team.
Assisting in the kitchen during peak hours to support the team and ensure a smooth operation
Planning and calculation of the menu and seasonal offers in collaboration with the kitchen team and management.
You monitor and optimize existing workflows throughout the entire kitchen area.
Completion of all necessary preparatory and follow-up work in the kitchen
You will assist with preparations for events.
Goods receipt and inspection
Working according to current HACCP standards
You create duty rosters that are fair and efficient.

What you bring

You have completed training as a cook or have a comparable qualification.
You have 2-3 years of professional experience in a comparable position.
You bring sound experience in regional cuisine and have a feel for current food trends, which you creatively incorporate into your work.
You have a well-groomed appearance.
You are flexible (weekend work) and resilient.
You are creative, enjoy working in a team, and have a passion for gastronomy.
You are characterized by reliability, flexibility, initiative and a structured way of working.
