In this role, you will work with premium ingredients, support daily kitchen operations, and collaborate with a talented team to deliver high‑quality dishes in a luxury environment. We are looking for someone with strong culinary foundations, a commitment to excellence, and a genuine passion for hospitality to help create exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following: Capability to set a leading example and inspire a team of kitchen professionals Assist Senior Chefs in daily food preparation and service, ensuring the maintenance of high and consistent food standards Collaborate in achieving daily financial targets. Follow health and safety protocols, policies, and procedures related to food and workplace safety. About You Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Ability to follow instructions and adapt to competing demands. Self-motivated and adaptable Experience in upscale dining or hospitality establishments. Please note that this role is offered as a 12‑month Max Term Contract.
