JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food preparation and have a strong understanding of kitchen operations. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our dishes are prepared to the highest standards, contributing to an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Assist in meal preparation, ensuring that all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in accordance with health regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow during service periods.
• Help with the organisation of the kitchen, including cleaning and maintaining equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
• Participate in training new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.
  A Chef de Partie is required for a boutique luxury hotel where its exclusive to residents only – no walk in or outside bookings are allowed. You will be working on a stunning estate where a lot of the food and ingredients are sourced from the farm’s estate.
  This is ideal for a strong CDP who has a fine dining background – this is a relatively new project so a great time to develop this new project.
  This stunning venue on the South of England has live in accommodation which is a 15 minute car journey – you must need to drive and have a car. The live in is located in a seaside town full of shops, bars, supermarket etc.
