JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef De Partie to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment and possess a strong understanding of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards. As a Chef De Partie, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests receive high-quality meals while maintaining the efficiency of kitchen operations.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or similar role within the food industry.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen management.
  • Experience in fine dining settings is preferred; banquet experience is preferred.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
  • Familiarity with inventory control practices and food service management principles.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing outstanding hospitality.
  • Knowledge of dietary restrictions and special dietary needs is an advantage.
