Responsibilities

Job Description
-

Prepare and present a variety of menu items with creativity and in line with hotel standards and cost control.

  • Supervise the kitchen team when Head and Sous Chefs are absent, delegating duties to ensure service excellence.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, stock control, and food safety across your section.
  • Be familiar and flexible with the other kitchen sections including breakfast, lunch and dinner
  • Order necessary foods as required with Head and Sous Chefs

Qualifications
-

Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel or high-volume restaurant.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to supervise and support team members.
  • Excellent food preparation knowledge, attention to detail, and commitment to hygiene and efficiency.
