Chef de Partie (m/f/d) in the Rheingau

Location: Oestrich-Winkel

Location: quiet but easily accessible

Working hours: Full-time

Size: approx. 50 rooms

Type of establishment: 5-star traditional hotel in a listed building

Your tasks

• Independent management of a position
• Mise-en-place for à la carte and banquet dishes
• Preparation and plating of the food
• Training and instruction of trainees
• Inventory control and necessary ordering

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as a cook (m/f/d)
• Good professional knowledge, quality awareness and sense of responsibility
• Resilience and reliability
• Positive and polite demeanor
• Teamwork skills and organizational talent
