We are on the lookout for a forward thinking, talented & organised CDP to join our brigade of highly motivated chefs.
You must be able conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times reporting to the head chef and general manager.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong skills in fresh food preparation and high-end cooking techniques
• A passion for delivering consistent, high-quality dishes
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• A team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail

We currently operate seven days a week, you will be expected to work a five day week, we operate good shift patterns, for a good work life balance.
Straight shifts approx 50-53 hours
