See job advert: We are looking for a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. The candidate must have strong knowledge and hands-on experience in both hot and cold preparation, while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and presentation. Key Responsibilities Prepare and present hot and cold Dishes Ensure consistency and quality of all food produced Support the Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chefs in daily operations Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards at all times Assist with training junior team members when required Control wastage and follow proper portion standards Ensure mise en place is organized and prepared on time Requirements Minimum 3–5 years experience Have an expertise in all cuisine Basic English communication skills required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and teamwork spirit Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
