REQUIREMENTS

  • Leadership abilities with experience in team management and supervising staff.
  • Knowledge of dietary department practices, food service management, and inventory management.
  • Familiarity with menu planning, food handling procedures, and food safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including evenings and weekends.
