CHEF DE PARTIE – FULL TIME (RIVERSIDE OAKS GOLF RESORT)

Riverside Oaks Golf Resort is currently seeking a full-time Chef de Partie to join our dedicated kitchen team.
Located in a peaceful bushland setting in Cattai (approximately 1 hour from Sydney CBD), our venue operates a busy F&B operation regularly hosts weddings, golf groups, corporate events, private functions, and exclusive dining experiences.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy kitchen environment
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality and consistency
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must have a reliable car and valid driver’s license – public transport is not available in our area
• We are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.
• Candidates already in Australia preferred
• Must be willing to relocate or commute to Cattai
