Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including workstations, utensils, and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.
  • Supervise junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Help develop new menu items and contribute to the overall culinary vision of the restaurant.
  • Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as required.
