As the Chef de Partie in Garden Kitchen & Bar, you will be given the responsibility of supporting our Chef de Cuisine, Mitch Tucker, to assist with leading the team, always ensuring consistency in high quality product and service standards.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Chef de Cuisine in the planning of menus
  • Monitors stock levels
  • Assists in rostering and managing team members
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of all food leaving the kitchen
  • Mentor and develop the Demi’s, Commis’ and Apprentice Chefs in the brigade
