We are a busy, highly rated restaurant in the heart of Melbourne CBD, offering Modern Australian Fusion and a diverse multi-cuisine menu. We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Chef de Partie to join our vibrant kitchen team.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for a motivated chef with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a skilled culinary role, ideally within fast-paced and high-quality dining environments. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of what makes an exceptional dining experience and thrives in a fast-moving, energetic service.
