We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join the team at Seventy Five at Liberty, an exciting restaurant set within one of London’s most iconic department stores. Combining modern British cuisine with a commitment to sustainability and local suppliers, our venue offers a lively and stylish setting for guests to enjoy beautifully crafted dishes.
As Chef de Partie, you will work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to deliver consistently high-quality food in a fast-paced, creative environment. This is a full-time, permanent position offering the opportunity to be part of one of London’s most talked-about dining destinations.

Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of a designated section within the kitchen, ensuring all food preparation and presentation meets restaurant standards.
  • Assist with food preparation and production, working to recipes and specifications.
  • Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety within your section.
  • Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef with the smooth daily operation of the kitchen.
  • Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and ensure proper stock rotation.
  • Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean, maintained, and in good working order.
  • Help nurture a positive, collaborative, and supportive kitchen team environment.
