An amazing opportunity for a talented and experienced Chef de Partie has become available for our unique 4* hotel in Colchester.
GreyFriars is an exquisite Michelin Recommended luxury hotel and award-winning dining destination. Created from a beautiful range of Grade II* listed C18th buildings, GreyFriars sits in its own gated grounds at the top of East Hill, in Colchester’s historic Cultural Quarter.
As one of our CDP’s we are looking for a minimum 3 years previous experience within established hotels or restaurants. The position is very much a hands-on role where you will be required to demonstrate your ability to work calmly under pressure maintaining our 2 AA rosette standards at all times and become part of our well-structured kitchen brigade. You must be able to demonstrate a full understanding of all up to date health & safety / hygiene regulations and have a no compromise attitude to food safety.
