JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have chef/cooking and preparation Experience, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef /cook or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and kitchen management.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A passion for cooking is highly desirable.
