REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in a Rosette, Michelin, or fine dining environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for high-quality cuisine.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Team player with a commitment to continuous learning and development.
  • Flexible and adaptable to work 5 days over 7 (restaurant closed on Mondays).
Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of high-quality dishes in line with Rosette/Michelin standards.
  • Ensure the highest levels of hygiene and safety in the kitchen at all times.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and refine dishes, showcasing creativity and passion.
  • Take responsibility for specific sections of the kitchen as required.
  • Maintain consistency and quality across all dishes.
  • Support senior chefs in the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
