THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Chef de Partie to join our vibrant kitchen team in a full-time position. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and takes pride in their craft.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Running your section efficiently during service
• Preparing and plating consistently high-quality food
• Working across breakfast, lunch, and dinner offerings
• Supporting smooth kitchen operations including prep, stock rotation, and cleanliness
• Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
• Contributing ideas to seasonal menu updates and specials
