Apt Resources is pleased to offer an exceptional opportunity for a skilled Chef de Partie specializing in Hot & Cold Kitchen to join a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel in the Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. This role involves preparing a variety of high-quality hot and cold dishes, ensuring excellent presentation and taste to provide guests with a superior dining experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about culinary excellence and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Responsibilities Prepare and cook a range of hot and cold dishes in accordance with the hotel's standards and recipes. Ensure consistency and quality in all food prepared and served. Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to develop and enhance menu offerings. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen areas, adhering to health and safety regulations. Supervise and support junior kitchen staff to ensure efficient kitchen operations. Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering ingredients, and manage stock rotation. Contribute to maintaining a positive and cooperative working atmosphere in the kitchen. Minimum of 3 years experience as a Chef de Partie in a 5-star hotel or luxury establishment. Strong knowledge and skills in preparing hot and cold dishes. Culinary qualification or equivalent experience preferred. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain high standards. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Attention to detail and commitment to food safety and hygiene standards. Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays. Must be currently in UAE As per the market standards.
