Job Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef De Partie Hot Section located in Turaif KSA. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes within Arabic and Mediterranean specialty in Buffet and Ala Carte. They will assist the Head Chef in creating menu items, recipes, and developing dishes. The Chef De Partie will also ensure the highest standards of food hygiene and adhere to health and safety regulations. Qualifications Proven experience as a Chef De Partie Hot Section in Arab Food or similar role in a culinary setting. Excellent cooking and presentation skills for Arabic Food. Familiarity with kitchen equipment and procedures Ability to manage and train kitchen staff effectively Strong multitasking and organizational skills Knowledge of best cooking practices Attention to detail and creativity Good communication and teamwork skills Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications Experience in luxury hospitality or cruise settings is a plus Additional Information Location - Turaif, Kingdome of Saudi Arabis Languages Preferred - English and Arabic
