Job Description Prepare and present high-quality hot dishes in line with Mövenpick’s “Eat Well” standards, creating memorable dining experiences for every guest. Manage and oversee your assigned hot kitchen section, ensuring smooth and efficient operations at all times. Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to develop new menu items and maintain variety and quality in the dining experience. Ensure all food preparation and storage comply with food safety and hygiene standards. Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering supplies as required to support “Eat Well” delivery. Train, coach, and mentor junior kitchen team members to ensure consistent and high-quality food preparation. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen workspace aligned with the resort’s wellness and sustainability goals. Contribute to a positive and professional kitchen environment, upholding Mövenpick BDMS Wellness Resort Bangkok’s values. Qualifications Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role, preferably in a premium restaurant or hotel setting. Exceptional cooking skills with a strong focus on Hot kitchen. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations. Ability to work as part of a team and take direction from senior chefs.
