Summary

The Chef de Partie, reporting to the Head Chef, will be responsible for supporting the entire team in the operation of the service, in compliance with our company philosophy, operational standards and procedures, helping to create a harmonious working atmosphere with an approach focused on collaboration. 

Main tasks and responsibilities:

- Manage the preparation of all dishes, cleaning and organization of the managed game;

- Maintain a professional and ethical relationship with all colleagues, suppliers and guests;

- Be proactive in teamwork and maintain collaboration with everyone;

- Ensure compliance with all HACCP regulations (refrigerator temperature control, labeling of processed and unprocessed foods, workstation sanitization, correct use of products required by HACCP regulations, etc.);

- Verify the correct use and maintenance of the machinery and materials supplied; 

- Assimilate and put into practice all the information shared during the training.

 

Qualifications

Qualifications and requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of previous experience, preferably in a hotel setting 

- Seriousness and professionalism

- Ability to work under pressure and in a team

- Attention to detail

- Excellent knowledge of the Italian language
