Hotel Wolfe Island is being revitalized as vibrant waterfront farm to table restaurant and boutique hotel destination that goes hand in hand with multiple music events weekly. Venues include: Formal piano lounge; main events restaurant and stage; outdoor patio restaurant and waterfront pier stage; boat docking up to patio restaurant and small private catering events.
As a Chef de Partie, you will be an integral part of our kitchen team, reporting directly to the Head Chef. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee food preparation and cooking, ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation. With essential skills in food safety, meal preparation, and kitchen experience, you will contribute to a safe and efficient kitchen environment.
