To strengthen our ambitious kitchen team, we are immediately looking for a Chef de Partie (m/f/d) who inspires with passion, precision and creativity.

Your tasks:

• Independent management of a kitchen station
• Preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes for our à la carte restaurants and banquet events.
• Creative participation in the design of new dishes and menus
• Ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow at your post
• Quality control during goods receipt and processing
• Guidance, motivation and further development of your team – including trainees and commis interns
• Compliance with all hygiene and quality standards (HACCP)

Your profile:

• Completed training as a chef – ideally in upscale gastronomy
• Several years of professional experience as Chef de Partie or Demichef de Partie
• A passion for high-quality cuisine and a strong commitment to quality.
• Structured, efficient and clean working methods
• Creativity, team spirit and a sense of responsibility
• Enjoyment in interacting with guests and colleagues, as well as in the further development of our cuisine
