• Independent preparation, cooking and appealing presentation of our breakfast offerings
• Responsibility for the breakfast station and ensuring a smooth process during breakfast service.
• Daily assurance of our high quality, freshness and service standards
• Close collaboration with all F&B-related departments to ensure a first-class guest experience
• With your passion for hospitality, you create special moments of enjoyment for our guests right from the morning.
• Ensuring order and cleanliness in the workplace and kitchen areas in compliance with all HACCP guidelines and applicable safety regulations.
• Proper handling of foodstuffs as well as control of inventory, storage and mise en place

• Successfully completed vocational training as a cook in the hotel or restaurant industry of our standard 
• You have at least 2 years of professional experience as a demichef de partie or already as a chef de partie in a restaurant and hotel of our standard and would now like to take the next step in your career path.
• They have a good knack for organization and an absolute passion for cooking, with a pronounced hands-on mentality.
• A self-reliant, team-oriented and independent work style is always a matter of course for you. 
• They have good German skills.
• Excellent manners and a well-groomed appearance complete your profile.
