Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities related to the Chef de Partie role

  • Deliver exceptional culinary service across multiple outlets, including The Montagu Kitchen, Events, Room Service, Colleague Restaurant, and the Churchill Bar.
  • Lead and support the team by mentoring colleagues, ensuring smooth operations, and aligning performance with guest expectations and business needs.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of all menus, seasonal produce, and new market trends, applying this expertise to enhance the dining experience.
  • Uphold cost control, minimise waste, and contribute to sustainability goals in line with the business plan.
  • Guarantee consistent food quality by ensuring correct preparation, presentation, hygiene, and safe use of equipment at all times
