  • Good knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen operations.
  • Passion for food, creativity, and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Food Safety & Hygiene certification (preferred but not essential).

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of preparation, cooking, and presentation. You’ll work closely with the Executive Chef and Head Chef to maintain consistency, creativity, and efficiency in all dishes served.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your section to the highest standards.
  • Assist in the development of new menu items and specials.
  • Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations are strictly followed.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and efficiency within your section.
  • Train and support junior chefs and kitchen staff when required.
  • Monitor stock levels, reduce waste, and assist with stock rotation.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to deliver smooth kitchen service during busy periods.
