Chef de Partie at restaurant 6&24.

Let me introduce myself:

Restaurant 6&24 is one of the best restaurants in The Hague. People dine here on either one of our tasting menus featuring Dutch products or à la carte. Everything is homemade and arrives fresh every day. All this in an informal and homey setting. The clientele is diverse, but above all, friendly and enthusiastic.

At restaurant 6&24, we work as a team. Every part and person within the team works towards only one goal, and that is "to make the guests at restaurant 6&24 happy".

Rik (Chef) loves nature and local products, so many dishes are made with ingredients from the Netherlands. He cooks creatively and surprisingly.

Everything in the kitchen of restaurant 6&24 is fresh and homemade. Furthermore, we are positioned in the higher segment, so the dishes are varied.

Within the restaurant, we work with various 4- to 7-course menus as well as à la carte dishes. The menus change every 5 weeks and are very diverse.

The team is enthusiastic / driven / dynamic

The tasks you will perform are:

• Create M&P
• plating and preparing dishes
• Make everything yourself (nothing ready-made)
• Clearing order
• Cleaning the kitchen
• Performing table preparations at the table
• Getting everything ready for the evening for your party
• etc.

• You have experience in the hospitality industry.
• You are persistent
• Enjoys learning new things

• Someone who is also available in the evenings and weekends, but still has plenty of free time and fixed days off!
