Our 4-star romantic hotel is located in the heart of the Southern Heath, in the middle of the typical heath village of Müden an der Örtze and yet centrally located between the cities of Hamburg, Bremen and Hanover.

Equipped with 35 hotel rooms and suites, the "Schäferstuben" restaurant, various banquet and conference rooms, a newly built wellness area and a large garden with terrace, our hotel offers our guests everything to feel completely at ease.

Our à la carte restaurant "Schäferstuben" has approximately 40 seats, and we also have 4 banquet rooms for events from 12 to 100 people.

Our "Schäferstuben" kitchen team cultivates a modern German cuisine with regional and classic French influences. We have received awards from Varta (Kitchen Tip/2 Varta Diamonds), Gault Millau (14 points), Gusto (5 pans), Schlemmer Atlas (2.5 cooking spoons), and the Bertelsmann Guide (2.5 toques). Our offerings are complemented by a select wine cellar with approximately 300 wines.

What are your responsibilities?

• Independent work at the Gardemanger / Pâtisserie station
• À la carte cooking at your station
• Monitoring compliance with HACCP guidelines at your post
• Goods orders for the Gardemanger/Patisserie item
• Contributing to menu design
