The Inn For All Seasons is a busy hotel and recently renovated restaurant with a dynamic, passionate and friendly team. We are a family business situated in Treleigh on the outskirts of Redruth, Cornwall.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Chef De Partie to join our team; you will receive competitive hourly pay, paid holiday, plus great benefits which include free onsite parking, team events and employee discounts.
As our Chef De Partie you should possess a background in quality & attention to detail.
You will be responsible for delivering the best possible high quality A La Carte & Carvery food that keeps customers coming back. You will be able to work under pressure in a busy kitchen environment and work in a team of approximately 6-8 team members.
Pay is based on age, skill set and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene & health & safety
  • Demonstrate the highest level of service, presentation and skill set at all times
  • Be passionate and proud of the food you serve
  • Create exciting dishes and maintain consistency
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to create new and exciting dining ideas

Requirements:

  • Currently working as or aspire to be a Chef De Partie
  • Passionate about food and creating exciting dining experiences
  • Dedicated to the success of the kitchen and overall business
  • Excellent team player
