Together, we make Every Moment Matter. Job Description We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join our culinary team, specializing in Room Service and Breakfast operations. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and present high-quality breakfast and room service dishes with consistency and creativity. Ensure efficient mise en place and smooth service during early shifts. Maintain excellent standards of food hygiene, safety, and presentation. Work closely with the Sous Chef to ensure guest satisfaction and timely service delivery. Support menu development for breakfast and in-room dining offerings. Train and guide junior team members when required. In charge of the breakfast and IRD operation Qualifications Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent role in a hotel or upscale restaurant. Strong background in breakfast and room service operations. Knowledge of Asian and International cuisine is a plus.
