Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Chef de Partie, you will take charge of a section of the kitchen and ensure every dish we serve reflects the quality and authenticity that defines SLRP Ramen. Your expertise in ramen preparation—from broths and tare to noodles and garnishes—will set the standard for excellence in our kitchen.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead and manage your assigned kitchen section (hot, cold, or ramen station) under the guidance of the Head Chef.
  • Prepare and perfect signature ramen dishes, ensuring flavor consistency and authentic presentation.
  • Train and mentor junior team members, fostering a positive and high-performing kitchen culture.
  • Maintain accurate inventory, stock rotation, and minimize wastage.
  • Uphold food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards at all times.
  • Collaborate on menu innovation and recipe development to keep SLRP fresh and exciting.
  • Deliver under pressure during peak hours while maintaining exceptional quality.
