These positions don’t come around very often. Holland Hall, BIBA’s Winner of Small Business Of The Year 2024 and Lancashire Tourism Awards Hotel Wedding Venue Of The Year (February 2024) is looking to recruit a chef de partie or junior Sous to join our new dynamic team. We are looking for focused individuals who love working with food that can help develop new dishes, present and serve them to our high standards. You will be part of a fantastic well established industry leading team working in all areas of the kitchen sending high quality dishes for intimate tables for two to banquets for 200 guests.
The job role and hours are varied and will be four shifts per week, predominantly Thursday to Sunday. Experience is essential and the successful candidate will demonstrate a fantastic team ethic, excellent kitchen skills and be comfortable facing customers.
This opportunity is open to either the more seasoned experienced chef looking to working with the highly acclaimed, classically trained Matt Ellis, creating quality dishes and to join a team with a genuine work life balanced culture, or an opportunity for someone reaching out at the beginning of their career looking to make their mark on the hospitality industry by joining a forward thinking team in an excellent working environment in multiple sections of the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities: - To deliver exceptional food, customer service and quality, assist and maintain a high standard of cleanliness, as well as demonstrating knowledge of all current food hygiene regulations.
