KELP are looking for a driven, enthusiastic chef de partie to work alongside our small, ambitious and creative kitchen team. We are an independently owed and operated seafood restaurant with a unique and contemporary menu which seeks to showcase Scotland‘s beautiful produce in a relaxed setting. KELP is predominantly food sales led but has a menu of excellent wine and cocktails to compliment the sustainable Scottish seafood we serve.
This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a team who truly care about the food and a menu which regularly changes. The starting hourly rate is £14.50ph and a share of the gratuities (including cash tips) on top of this. Shifts run as a 4 day week. Closed on Christmas Day.
You will be responsible for assisting the head chef and sous chef in all aspects of day to day running and maintenance of the open kitchen and small team.
We would expect the candidate to have:
