WE HAVE AN EXCITING OPPORTUNITY FOR AN EXPERIENCED CHEF DE PARTIE TO JOIN OUR TEAM AT KILCORAN LODGE HOTEL.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, culinary skills
  • A team player with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure during busy service periods
  • Passion for creating unique, high-quality dishes

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standard, following recipes and specifications.
  • Work Closely with other chefs to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Ensure all food items are correctly labelled for food safety, shelf life, and in accordance with HACCP guidelines.
  • Manage food waste and adhere to temperature and food safety regulations.
  • Assist with stock control and ensure ingredients are always fresh and available.
