Location: Alcester, B49
Salary: £14.30 per hour (approx. £29,700 per annum) + Roughly £2.50 per hour Tronc + up to £1,000 annual bonus
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Hours: 40 hours per week, overtime paid, weekends required
Restaurant Type: Independent Fresh-Food Pub/Restaurant (recently refurbished)

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

You will be working in a fresh-food pub/restaurant that serves around 100 covers daily, with busier weekends. The kitchen team is five strong, including a Head Chef, Sous Chef, and Senior CDP, who all pride themselves on teamwork and high standards. Creativity is encouraged, with the freedom to contribute to daily specials and menus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver high-quality dishes using fresh ingredients
  • Support the Head Chef, Sous Chef, and Senior CDP in daily operations
  • Contribute ideas for daily specials and menus
  • Work effectively in a busy service environment (approx. 100 covers/day)
  • Uphold high standards of food safety and kitchen cleanliness
  • Work collaboratively as part of a friendly, supportive brigade
