Maison Bab is a modern, eclectic kebab house located just off Long Acre, Covent Garden. Led by team of ex-Le Gavroche and Celeste chefs, we are striving at both sites, to create delicious and imaginative dishes that make the most of seasonal British produce, while respecting the great culinary heritage of the humble kebab. Backed by a bespoke drinks offering and set in a contemporary restaurant, we offer a stark departure from traditional kebab houses for those wanting to get a new perspective on a much–loved cuisine.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Our focus is to serve the highest standard of kebab possible, taking inspiration from global kebab cultures whilst only using the best of British seasonal ingredients. We are looking for chefs who will help us achieve that aim. We’re offering a great opportunity for anyone who wants to both learn and create, feels that they have outgrown their current role and excels with responsibility. As a chef at Maison Bab you will be relied upon for ideas and contributions towards recipes and techniques, as well as for the administration and management of the kitchen. Any experience of cooking Middle Eastern food would be favourable but not necessary.
