Responsibilities
Prepare and cook dishes in line with recipes and standards set by the Head/Sous Chef, ensuring food safety standards are always met
Oversee the production of dishes assigned to your station; maintain supplies and cleanliness in line with policies and procedures
Uphold high standards for dish quality, presentation, and flavour
Communicate effectively with team members and provide support as needed
Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including your station, and ensure all equipment is in good working order
