THE HOXTON, CHARLOTTENBURG (BERLIN) – CHEF DE PARTIE (M/F/D)

The Hoxton take on Europe! We are now looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our team.
Our first Hoxton in Germany is home to 234 bedrooms of varying sizes, a ground floor restaurant, coffee bar and streetside terrace and The Apartment – our unique meetings and events concept.
Reporting to our Chef de Cuisine, you will be responsible to supervise the assigned station of the kitchen, in order to prepare a high-quality product and to ensure highly efficient and effective service.

  • Completed apprenticeship as a Chef or similar qualifications are ideal
  • Previous experience working as part of a kitchen team in a similar sized F&B area
  • Passion for fresh ingredients and strong flavors

Responsibilities
  • Bring delicious flavors to our guests’ tables by running a section in our busy kitchen
  • Nurture and develop the talent of the kitchen team, creating an environment that brings out the best in them and where they can be themselves
  • Make sure things are running without hitch, orders and deliveries are coming and going as needed, our service is smooth, and our food hygiene standards are sky-high
  • Work with our Chef de Cuisine on ideas and techniques that make our kitchen a creative, ever-changing environment where we’re always looking to come up with new, delicious combinations of tastes.
  • Ensure statutory compliance in all food and drink related areas.
  • Pay attention to the details to ensure every dish served is as delicious as the one before!
