We are looking for a new team member for the BEECH Resort Fleesensee as soon as possible:

Chef de Partie (m/f/d)

What you can expect:

• Independent organization and management of the assigned post, including preparation and appealing presentation of the food.
• Ensuring smooth operations while adhering to all hygiene, HACCP and safety standards.
• Guidance and support of trainees, interns and temporary staff in close coordination with the head chef.
• Creative collaboration in the design of seasonal menus, banquets and events, as well as continuous quality control.
• Responsibility for mise en place, receiving goods, proper storage and goods inspection
• Supporting the head chef with organizational tasks, representing the chef when needed, and actively participating in events and sales promotions.

You bring the following:

• Prior professional experience in this or a comparable position is an advantage.
• Completed vocational training as a cook (m/f/d) in the hotel or catering industry, and at least 2 years of professional experience.
• Host perspective, high quality awareness and flexibility
• Good manners, enjoyment of work and interaction with our guests
• Willingness and teamwork skills to also help out in other outlets
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays
