Three private dining rooms are part of a total of 1,300m² of event space for high-quality banquets or successful conferences and creative seminars.

What you can expect:

• Highly qualified kitchen and F&B team for modern restaurant & banquet concept
• You will be responsible for organizing your kitchen station.
• Conceptualization of creations in consultation with and on behalf of the head chef.
• Independent preparation and cooking of food
• Instructions for new employees and trainees
• Implementation of hygiene regulations (HACCP concept) 
• In this position you will report directly to the Sous Chef.

What you should bring:

• A completed vocational training as a cook
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position, in upscale gastronomy or the hotel industry
• Extensive product and production knowledge
• Creativity and craftsmanship
• A perspective that goes beyond the obvious.
• Team spirit, commitment and enthusiasm
• Reliability, flexibility and resilience
• Understanding of economical and sustainable working methods
