Size: 50 - 100 rooms

Type of establishment: exclusive boutique hotel

Your tasks

• Preparation and cooking of dishes for the à la carte business, production of various dishes and menu sequences
• Preparation and cooking of buffets for events of all kinds
• holistic processing of the food and products used
• Preparation and follow-up work (mise-en-place)
• Compliance with all quality standards and hygiene regulations according to HACCP

Your profile

• A completed vocational training as a cook/chef
• Professional experience in the kitchen, ideally in upscale hotels/restaurants
• creative ideas, attention to detail, and lots of fun at work
• Motivation, commitment and a high level of willingness to learn
• Enthusiasm for high-quality service and guest satisfaction
