We are looking for a new Chef de Partie (m/f/d) for our kitchen, starting immediately, who will support our new kitchen management and want to develop further with us.

Training is very important to us. Three of our eight trainees are in the

kitchen team! We are looking for a dedicated team player with strong organizational skills to

further optimize our processes.

  • You are jointly responsible for the smooth, qualified and proper organization and execution of conference and banquet events.
  • Together with the head chef, you will create the menus for our restaurant, as well as our seasonal menus and buffet and menu suggestions, with a focus on high-quality, down-to-earth, fresh and regional cuisine.
  • You monitor hygiene and order in the kitchen and storage areas, ensuring
  • compliance with legal regulations.
  • Close cooperation with the other departments
  • Regular feedback, team meetings, and teamwork 
  • You are partly responsible for the training of our apprentices in the kitchen.
